Recruitment is the process of choosing the right candidate in the right place. This is essential because the manpower is the most valuable resources of the company or any organization. Every company designed a specific recruitment strategy that suits their requirement and suites their company objectives and principles of the long run. Targeted recruitment strategy is adopted by the organization that require the people of specific sets skills. Sometime this step is taken by the organization to promote the people of minority communities, in principle, this seems too good steps, but in reality it has a devastating effect on the society. The constitution provides equal opportunity to all people irrespective of race, gender and sex, and the targeted recruitment strategy is a violation of the equality right. In extreme cases this created hatred among the society, this is not good for national integration at all. The recruitment should be done in a free, fair and open environment that candidates can be judged according to their abilities and not on other parameters. Target recruitment aims are to promote special section and people of specific set, for them this process is good, but for the society on large this process proves to be devastating in nature because of the first account it violates the basic equality law, narrow the scope of people of other communities and create the stress on the mind of the people belong to another section. There is some slight advantage of this strategy also because the weaker section and women get more opportunity through this and their situation in the society get improved through this.
