This text is the unedited manuscript of the Lean Six Sigma study/project reviewing LSS practices. I do not advocate LSS, instead, I am one of the few who see through the process and believe it to be nothing more then a contractors tool to justify their positions. I find LSS nothing more then a tool to cut positions and transfer responsibility from management and place blame on the workers, these are my view of this process which I have reviewed and studied for more then 10 years. Government has swallowed this process blindly and it is my belief that it is not to the benefit of the Army nor government in general. This text is not edited, you will find spelling and grammar issue, as well as process development. If you like LSS, you will not like this text, if you agree with LSS processes, you will hate this book, put it down and do not buy it, if on the other hand you have not yet been brain washed, you may find this book very interesting.
